We are many parts, we are all one body,
and the gifts we have,
we are given to share.
May the Spirit of love make us one in deed;
one, the love that we share,
one, our hope in despair,
one the cross that we bear..One body: CSS Many parts: Faculty groups:ABENG ( Architecture,Building, ENGingeering) ARTS BUSINESS LAW MEDICINE SCIENCE
Each faculty has their own weekly sharing session. A good time to unwind.
After that, it will be dinner at either clementi or holland v..
Ministries:
CANDLE
CCS's very own internal publication to spread the word of God, to build bonds,to provide information and to help give members a voice. It is an avenue offered to young budding reporters,designers or anyone who has an interest in journalism , for them to shine in God's name!
FFM (FAITH FORMATION MINISTRY)
This ministry mold the faith of the CSS community by continually yielding to the Holy Spirit as God's instrument in the lives of our fellow brothers and sisters- to ever fall more and more in love with God, together.
LOM (LEGION OF MARY)
Brought together under the steadfast leadership and guidance of Mother Mary, members pray, play and journey in faith together, ulitmately sharing their bond of fellowship with others in the world in a collective effort of outreach for God. Like our Lady, always at the disposal of the needs of others, the Legion strives to be at the disposal of the community and parish around, taking on whatever work is needed.
MM (MUSIC MINISTRY)
Music is a gift and many are blessed to have it, so what better way to glorify God than to unite all his children and sing praises to Him, for He alone is worthy! MM covers all musical aspects and needs of CSS. Praise & Worship are intergral forms of prayer for this ministry. Outreach activities like christmas carolling, p&w for rally,annual foc concert are carried out.
MM is all about experiencing and expressing God through music.
Dynamic as we are, we will come together as one to attend mass in campus every friday.
Our beloved chaplain,Father Valerie Cheong,celebrates mass with us. Yes, TGIF!
