Sharing experience

12:13 AM Finding God, and finding community. That’s basically what my FOC experience can be summed up into. And what more could I ask for? Right from the onset, I was amazed by the warmth and genuineness of my seniors who did their best to make us freshmen feel right at home among them. The various games, activities and sessions which followed were truly enriching, striking a fine balance between loads of good natured fun as well as matters more close to the heart concerning our relationships with God and one another. FOC was certainly a breath of fresh air, and I could really sense God’s loving and reassuring hand guiding me on into not only a new phase of life in university, but also a deeper relationship with him. Being brought into such a loving and Christ-centered community through FOC has really allowed me to grow and cherish my time in university more, and is one blessing I’ll never forget. -A year 2 Eng major senior. 0 conqueror(s) 0 Comments: |
